Deposits: A $150.00 deposit, or more, (depending on your group size) is required to reserve all dates/times and in order to start your birthday party planning process.
Final payment is due the day of the event (prior to start of birthday party) paid in CASH only. No exceptions.
Cancellation and Refunds: If you must cancel your birthday party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: We will be unable to refund your deposit. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration within 90 days from the date that your event was originally scheduled. In the event of inclement weather, severe illness or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date. We must receive one week notice to reschedule your party. We do not offer refunds or credits for guests who do not show up on the day of the party. Your deposit will be applied towards the cost of the new scheduled party if held within 90 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel your party for any reason whatsoever, a refund will not be issued. There is a $50.00 fee to reschedule your party.
RSVP Confirmation: You will need to confirm your final guest count with Party Divas On The Go by the Monday right before the party date.. We will need to have the final count by Monday pm. This will be the confirmation number that Spa Party Divas On The Go will use to to plan your party, and you will be charged accordingly. Once you have given a final head count by Monday 6 pm, you can only add additional children if needed to by Friday noon time. You cannot delete any guests from the final head count you give on Monday 6 pm, Because our staff prepares everything for the number you have already given. If you add any more guests between Monday and the time that your party starts that weekend, you cannot delete any guests since we promptly organize the additional supplies needed for your party. We do not offer refunds or credits for guests who do not show up on the day of the party.
Arrival Time: Our party staff will arrive at least 2.5 hours prior to each birthday party for setup.
Pets: Please remove all pets from the party area prior to our arrival.
Parking: Please leave some space for us to park our SUV and trailer near an entrance where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate easy access; we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your birthday party!
We will need a sink area in order to continue to fill and refill the spa bowls.
Cleaning: In addition to cleaning up our equipment after the party, our party team makes every attempt to protect your surfaces with slip covers and towels during the birthday party. We are not responsible for cleaning costs incurred by damages from party guests.
Safety & Hygiene
We do not file, clip or trim nails or skin.
Please inform your invited guests that it is extremely helpful if they come to the party with clean nails and feet and all polished removed.

We accept checks, money orders, paypal or cash for the initial payment. Check or money orders are payable to Cynthia Gutierrez Girly Parties . The final balance is due on the day of your party in form of cash.
Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. There will be a $35 charge for all returned checks. We do not hold dates unless a deposit has been made.
Please have your final payment ready upon arrival in cash. The payment must be paid prior to setting up.
2. Where is the Party Held?
Spa Party Divas On The Go is a mobile party company that comes to your location. Most parties are held in your home but can be hosted in club-houses, church halls, etc. The only requirements are an indoor area so the children can dress-up and enjoy their tea party in a comfortable fashion. If weather permits you can host your party outside your home as long as it is a covered area/Patio cover/ tent/ etc
3. What areas does Spa Party Divas On The Go travel for service?
We serve the following areas: Riveride County, San Bernardino County, Inland Empire, Parts of Los Angeles area, parts of Orange County, Palm Springs . Call us for a list of cities.
4. Travel fee
A travel fee applies from my office in Riverside, California. A fee of $.95 per mile is charged for travel (round trip). We will give you 20 FREE miles. This means that we will subtract 20 miles from the total round trip miles. The travel fee is necessary to cover the extra gas, time and vehicle wear and tear. Mileage is determined via our GPS. WE USE MAINLY FREEWAYS, PLUS ANY TOLLS WILL BE ADDED IF WE NEED TO TAKE THAT ROUTE. WE ALSO HAVE TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION IF THERE ARE ANY ACCIDENTS OR CLOSURES ALONG THE WAY AND WE HAVE TO TAKE A DIFFERENT ROUTE. But we always try our best to drive the shortest distance possible on our GPS.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds:
We strive our best to work with you when rescheduling occurs, however, it is based on availability.

Your deposit will be applied towards the cost of the new scheduled party if held within 90 days of the original party date. 6. What if there is bad weather or illness?
If the birthday child becomes ill, we will gladly work with you on choosing an alternative date based on availability within 90 days of original party. There will be a $50 charge for a date-change request by the client. In case of bad weather, serious illness or other unforeseen emergencies, Party Divas On The Go reserves the right to reschedule your party.
7. Am I charged for guests that do not show up for the party?
Please remember, you will be charged for the head count you gave 5 days prior to the party.
Some guests may not show up, even if they RSVP. In the event that additional children are invited to the party without our knowledge, additional fees will incur per child even if supply availability does not cover their part.
8. Late arrivals
Please advise all guests that the party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned and any child that arrives late may join the activity which is currently taking place. This is necessary to insure the least amount of disruption to the party. Understanding this policy is appreciated.
9. Boys in attendance
We do have costumes (pirates or knights) to accommodate any boys who will be participating.
Please inform us if any boys that will be attending.
10. Siblings of guests
Our party-packages cover only the guest of honor and their guests. Please include any siblings in the final guest count if you would like them to participate.
Please be advised that Spa Party Divas On The Go assumes no responsibility or liability to accidents or damages caused during your party to your guests or property. Your party host/entertainer will work to ensure that your home and your guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie strictly with the client. You must inform each parent that we may be using yoghurt, oatmeal, makeup, nail polishes, hair curlers, hair spray and other skin products. You are responsible for making sure that each child has permission from the parent to use all out products. If there is a child that must not come in contact with any of our dairy products, makeup, nail polish, etc, you the parent are responsible in letting us know and are responsible in making sure that the child does not come in contact with the products.
12. Allergic Reactions
Spa Party Divas On The Go, its owners and employees assume no responsibility or liability for allergic or medical reaction due to costume wear, make-up, food or injuries before, during or after party. As professional event planners, we will provide a safe environment for you and your guests and we will treat your home with great quality, care and respect. All liability will lie strictly on the client.
13. Damage to our property
We understand that accidents may happen, however, the client will be held responsible for excessive damage to costumes and property.
It is the responsibility of the client, guest and/ or guests' parents or guardians to supervise all children and activities relating to the entertainment. We ask that there be adult supervision during the party to attend possible needs of the children at all times. We ask that you keep the adult noise level to a minimum so the children do not get distracted. This allows the children to hear the instruction of the party hostess.
Your party will be cancelled if any form of harassment should occur. A police report will be taken and your refund will not be issued.
In order for our costumes not have their quality compromised, we ask that the food you share at your party follows the description below:
● Light-colored or clear drinks such as Sprite™ or lemonade are OK. No dark drinks such as colas or fruit punch are allowed.
● We accept finer foods such as sandwiches, but nothing containing dark-colored jellies, tomato sauce, etc.
● No pizza is allowed whatsoever or children will have to perform the tea party without the costumes.
We reserve the right to refuse certain food items that may damage any of our costumes or property.
17. How much time do we need to set-up and clean-up?
We arrive approximately 3 hours before the hosted party begins. Clean-up takes approximately 1.5 hours after the party is finalized.
18. Good Behavior and participation
We are not responsible for engaging the guests in constant activity and cannot be responsible for behavioral issues. It is the responsibility of the parent(s) to assist in any behavioral issues that may arise with any of the children.
We provide our own radio/or cd player. If you would like to use your own sound system, or music, you are more than welcomed to use it.

21. Guest attire
The children do not get undressed to dress-up in our costumes. We ask that the girls come prepared wearing shorts, or leotards with a tank top to wear under our costumes. Boys may wear costume over their clothes.
22. Parking and party area
Please provide a space in your driveway for our vehicle as we will have heavy items to carry into your home. We request that parties be held on the 1st floor unless you are hosting the party at a hotel. A $50 fee will be added to your invoice for parties that require Party Divas On The Go to carry heavy items up and down stairs.
23. Can I have a party midweek or on a Sunday?
Yes, parties can be scheduled any day of the week depending on availability.
24. Do you provide professional cosmetology services?
Spa Party Divas On The Go's "Spa Treatments" are pretend play services that are inspired by imaginary role playing for girls and tweens. We do not provide expert opinion, treatment or advise on health to parents or children. All Spa Party Divas On The Go events, services and treatments are strictly for entertainment purposes only! Spa and make-up services are not provided by licensed salon professionals. Please contact a salon if you are seeking a cosmetologist.
25. Parents obligations
● Table for refreshments with appropriate seating for your guests. We do rent tables or chairs.
● 2 electrical outlets for music and equipment.
● 1 parent or guardian to remain with the party at all times.
● A gathering place for parents of the guests who wish to stay.
● A clean, safe and smoke-free environment for dress-up and activities.
● Cats and dogs are to be kept clear away from the party area.
26. Photos/ Video
We always encourage parents to take as many photos and recorded videos as possible. All photos or videos taken by our company are the sole ownership of Party Divas On The Go and we may use them for promotional purposes on our website, print ads or publications. We always respect our clients' privacy and for this reason, your personal information will not be disclosed to third-parties.
If a request is made for a child not to be photographed, it will be honored.
All prices are subject to change without previous notice. We do not offer characters from television or film. We offer professional theatrical costumes. It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws trying to impersonate children's television characters. The characters we offer are not name-brand copyrighted characters. The characters we offer are our own creation. Any resemblance to nationally-known copyrighted characters is strictly incidental and unintentional. If you have any questions regarding this issue, we encourage you to contact us. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specific targeted character. In addition, we will only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we do not represent any licensed birthday party character. The client understands and agrees that the liability of Party Divas On The Go for any expenses, claims, damages, medical expenses or lawsuits arising that are party related and is limited to the total amount of the party cost.
Spa Party Divas On The GO has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agreed to our policies before signing the contract. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions before signing your party contract.
You must read the entire policies page and the FAQ"S and then Download the contract that we email you, stating that you agree with the policies and FAQ"S that we have listed on our website, fill it out, sign it and then you need to mail the contract together with the deposit. We will give you an address once we have agreed upon a date and time for the party.
